I’m an Energy Alchemist & Spinal Energetics Practitioner
I believe we are always in conversation with our bodies, our energy, and our inner world. My work is about creating the space to listen to that conversation and reconnect with what is already within you.
As an Energy Alchemist and Spinal Energetics Practitioner, I work with the body through energy, breath, movement, and deep listening. I see myself not as someone who fixes or heals you, but as a guide who helps create a safe and supportive space for you to become more connected to yourself.
Spinal Energetics is a somatic and energetic practice that invites the body to respond in its own natural way. Movement, breath, sensations, stillness, shaking, stretching, or other forms of expression may arise. Nothing needs to be forced, performed, or figured out.
I listen to the body and respond to what is present, allowing the experience to unfold rather than directing the body toward a specific outcome.
And while energy is an important part of this work, Spinal Energetics is not Reiki. It is an interactive practice that brings together body awareness, movement, breath, and energy, inviting you into a deeper relationship with your own inner experience.
To me, being an Energy Alchemist means creating space for transformation, not by changing who you are, but by helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become quiet, disconnected, or difficult to hear.
You are not something that needs to be fixed.
You already have your own inner wisdom.
My role is simply to hold the space, guide the process, and invite you back into connection with yourself.
The goal is never for someone to need me forever. It's to support them until their body, mind, and spirit come back into alignment. When that happens, my work is complete.
The greatest gift is watching the people I've walked beside step out of survival, break free from the cycles of trauma, and fully live their lives, grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves.
I don’t heal you, I guide you back to the healer within you.

Energy Session/Spinal Energetic Flow 1:1 is a body-based practice that works with movement, breath, body awareness, and energy to support a deeper connection with yourself.
During your Energy Alignment Spinal Energetic Flow session, I create a safe, supportive space for you to slow down and listen inward. I am not here to fix, heal, or tell your body what to do. I am here to guide, listen, and support you as your body responds in its own way.
You may experience natural movement, changes in breath, sensations, stillness, shaking, stretching, or other forms of expression. There is nothing you need to force or perform. Your experience is your own, and you are always encouraged to move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
Spinal Energetics is not Reiki. It is an interactive somatic and energetic practice where you are an active participant in reconnecting with your body and inner awareness.
You don't need to be fixed.
